Well, we finally finished our taxes on the very last day of the automatic 6 month extension. Then the Internet connection went out at our motel so we checked out, and we had to take our little laptop to a nearby McDonald's where they had a wireless Internet connection. I had a big Mac and Carolyn had some other kind of burger, and we efiled our taxes while we ate. By the time we finished all that, it was late afternoon. The only amusing sight we saw was Hoover Dam from up close. Here it is. We're staying in Kingman, AZ tonight.
